Isotex wood cement building system.
The safety you need

Isotex is the innovative and sustainable building system consisting of blocks, partitions and floors in wood cement. It is used for the construction of buildings with extremely high safety standards, in line with the most advanced construction philosophies and the most stringent regulatory criteria
Anti-seismic safety, facade fire behaviour, fire and explosion resistance: with Isotex you are sure to design, build and live in a truly safe building.
Earthquake safety
The Isotex load-bearing structure is made up of slabs and formwork blocks in wood cement which are filled with concrete, to which a horizontal and vertical reinforcement is always inserted that connects the foundation to the edges of the floors up to the roof to obtain a solid reinforced structure. The building created is the best possible in terms of strength and compactness.
Fire resistance
Isotex products have obtained REI120 certification for Blocks and REI240 certification for floors (without plaster). From the laboratory tests carried out, in the event of fire, in addition to being a structure that does not collapse, it also does not emit any toxic gases harmful to human health.
Facade behaviour to fire
Isotex carried out the Lepir 2 test (Fire behaviour on façades) at the French laboratory EFECTIS. The facade made of Isotex formwork blocks was subjected to a violent fire. Our products passed the test brilliantly as there was no flame propagation.
Reaction to fire
Isotex has been certified for Reaction to fire B,s1-d0 and therefore fully meets the fire safety requirements of building facades.
Explosion resistance
When building or buying a house, it is important to consider the resistance to the explosion of a building that often causes it to collapse (due to a gas leak or other). Studies by the University of Bologna have shown that, in the event of an explosion, the Isotex building does not collapse.
Ballistic resistance
The Isotex wood cement building system has been used in the construction of barracks, police schools and government buildings. For this reason we have tested the ballistic resistance of our wall in comparison with other building systems, obtaining excellent results.
