ISOTEX ACADEMY

Follow the first online seminar on the pose organized by Isotex.
8 video courses that show in a simple and fast way the techniques for a correct laying of Isotex cement blocks and slabs.

Laying our products is really simple! Thanks to these mini videos you can learn the perfect installation of blocks and slabs to obtain maximum performance in terms of seismic, thermal, acoustic, energy saving and fire resistance … in short, get a house in class A4.

1 – CORRECT POSITION OF THE FIRST COURSE

During the construction of the foundation it is necessary to provide for the insertion of the vertical reinforcement with a 25 cm step. The laying of the first course is carried out on two layers of mortar positioned only in correspondence with the walls of the blocks, so that the road of mortar over the whole width of the block is to be avoided. At this point place the lead angles and pull the wire; to put the blocks well on the level, we recommend using the level.

2 – CONSTRUCTION OF A 44 cm CORNER

In corners made with 44 cm blocks, 31 cm PASS es must be used, which are positioned on the 44 cm side of the UNI to bring the module to 25 cm; on the 50 cm side of the UNI, and after positioning the 31 cm PASS on the 44 cm side, continue with 50 cm blocks. For the next layer, the UNI block must be tilted and placed crosswise with respect to the layer below. An opening must be created in the inner part (similar to the dimensions of the lunettes of the normal blocks) before positioning the UNI blocks, to allow the connection of the horizontal reinforcement and of the concrete.

3 – REALIZATION OF A 3/4 WAY JUNCTION

In the construction of three or four way junctions, you lay the course of the internal wall blocks arriving on the external one. Where the inner wall lay on the external wall a gorge must be created so that it allows the casing and the connection of the horizontal and vertical reinforcement between the various walls. To avoid (as is the customary use with traditional walls) the “clamps” because, with the ISOTEX system, the connection between the junctions is realized by steel and concrete reinforcements.

4 – HOW TO MAKE ARCHITRAVES FOR DOORS AND WINDOWS

Door and window architraves are realisez by cutting the SPALLA blocks (from 30 to 38 cm) or by cutting the HALF BLOCK on the construction site if it is a 44 cm block. In this way you remove thermal bridges.

5 – HOW TO MAKE THE TRACES IN THE ISOTEX WALLS

To realise the traces for the implants it is advisable to use the groove in 4-5 cm of cement wood. By correctly adjusting the width and depth, traces are obtained quickly and precisely.

6 – INSULATION OF THE FLOOR CURB

CORREA blocks are prepared to insulate the floor curb and are prepared in the factory according to the customer’s request.

7 – ISOLATION OF ROOF CURB WITH PANEL

Concrete-wood panels can be used to insulate the roof curb, positioned on AUSG blocks, which are cut to size to reach roof installation height.

8 – HOW TO MAKE A SLAB WITH ISOTEX CONCRETE WOOD ELEMENTS

The floors are calculated tailored. The Isotex technical office provides the assembly scheme. Slabs have thicknesses from 20-25-30-39 cm. The floors surmount the blocks of 3-4 cm and are supplied with the lowered element to create trasveral distribuition with short elements. The beam is always insulated with cement wood panels. Subsequently, the concrete is flowing with relative vibration.
