Ville Gardenia, living in the future. Aesthetics, nature and innovation

Another important project signed by Isotex. This is Ville Gardenia, in the hillside area of Padenghe sul Garda in the Province of Brescia. Innovative residential buildings in terms of structure, efficiency and design.
Ville Gardenia are two completely independent, two-storey residential units. Home automation, state-of-the-art technology, 6kW photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. And also: porches, terraces overlooking the lake, a 500-square-metre private garden. Ville Gardenia are perfectly integrated into the natural setting and landscape: greenery, water, nature for absolute tranquillity. A small paradise outside the urban area, but at the same time, well connected and provided with services.

The client chose to build Ville Gardenia with the Isotex building system consisting of Blocks and Floors in wood cement. The Isotex system, in fact, enables compliance with all current regulations, to achieve all the requirements and certifications required. It is a safety and guarantee for designers, builders and contractors. For this specific project, the TOP selling Isotex blocks HDIII 38/14 range with graphite Neopor^® by BASF with 15% recycled insulation material and compliant with strict, 2022 MEC (Minimum Environmental Criteria) requirements were used.
