Isotex® chosen as the building system for the prestigious “Princype Eugenio” project in Milan by Marco Piva

Princype is a new residential initiative that bears the prestigious signature of Studio Marco Piva, Italian excellence with international resonance and sold by Abitare Co. Princype is a residence with an iconic charm which, between the rigour of rationalism and the expressive freedom of a contemporary proposal, gives new light to the Milanese panorama. The architectural language proposes alternating of large green terraces on the top floors of the building, which emphasise lightness and give impetus to the composition. To give modularity and dynamism to the façade, an articulated diversification of solids and voids that identify different compositional sections both horizontally and vertically were implemented. Rigorous and elegant lines, with a strong personality, which at the same time manage to integrate harmoniously into the fabric of the building.

The residence offers a wide variety of housing cuts and solutions that reflect every type of need. From small spaces to the largest and most comfortable, Princype is able to reflect the styles and needs of each person’s mental and physical well-being. Charming and engaging, the large terraces are an integral part of the spirit of the house, as if to represent an extension of the open-air rooms.
