Isotex began its history in Germany in 1946 and since 1985 it has been operating on the Italian territory, creating about 400,000 eco-sustainable homes, guaranteeing safety and experience. From the then C&P Construction, former name of the company, to the modern Isotex Srl, the company has distinguished itself for research, innovation and product quality, becoming the largest European company in the production of formwork blocks and wood-cement floors.
Thanks to the complete and detailed certification of materials for green building (ANAB/ICEA – EPD/FDES), and to the professionalism of the staff, Isotex is a leader in the wood-concrete sector and a point of reference for those who build eco-sustainable buildings and houses in accordance with the new construction regulations.

Our new facilities in Poviglio, in the province of Reggio Emilia, Italy, cover a total area of about 60,000 square metres, the main production complex about 7,000 square metres and our offices, in a separate building, about 500 square metres. Beside the main complex, a third production unit of about 3,000 square metres is at an advanced stage of realization.
For the realization of all Isotex products, top quality raw materials are used: 100% recycled untreated fir wood, 99% pure Portland cement, iron oxide, water, to obtain a healthy product, free of additives and substances chemical. The wood is mineralized with the use of a natural mineral, which makes it inert and therefore resistant to fire, atmospheric agents, mold and parasites. The production is carried out entirely in our factory with a state-of-the-art, fully automated system, which allows us to obtain high quality and precision products.
Much importance is also given to the quality, sustainability and accuracy of the measurements of the insulation obtained by molding (Neopor® BMBcertTM by BASF), which we insert inside the formwork block.
The ISOTEX construction system, with blocks and concrete-wood floors, is the most widely used alternative to traditional systems.
