Eco-Village with accommodation for 160 – Montale (MO)
Isotex provided the materials and building technologies for the construction of the Montale Eco-Village in the Province of Modena.
The Montale Eco-Village is a residential complex of eco-sustainable houses designed by an interdisciplinary work group that expresses in-depth knowledge and application of the fundamental principles of environmental protection and human well-being. The houses that make up this building are characterised by a high level of comfort and significant energy performance, CLASS A and A+, with energy savings of 75% compared to a traditional home.
